Do you ship worldwide?

At BanzaiThreads we strive to supply worldwide.
For now we are based in Europe, and only ship to countries within Europe. As time goes on we will expand our territories worldwide.
If you live in a location we do not currently ship to, please contact us and we can see if there is a way to get our threads on your doorstep.

Are there any shipping/customs costs?

Depending on your location, shipping costs may vary. We try to keep our shipping costs low, but because we have production s across the globe it could mean shipping costs have to be included.

Most products get produced locally in order to prevent customs duties, but if products get printed elsewhere duty fees will be collected.

When will I receive my order?

You should take about 14 days into account from placing the order to receiving the package.
As all our clothes get printed on demand, it can take up to 2–7 business days to fulfil the order, after that it gets shipped - shipping times depend on shipping region.
We are working hard to make our shipping times faster!

Does BanzaiThreads offer tracking?

As soon as the order has come trough, you will receive a tracking ID to track your order.

I can't seem to track my order?

Once the package has left our warehouse, it should be processed by the carrier by scanning it and then entering the tracking information. This can take a while, as there are certain aspects that can influence this delay:

    • The carrier hasn't accepted and scanned the package yet
    • The carrier hasn't entered the tracking information in the system yet
    • Your package has already been posted a long time ago, so the tracking information will be wiped by then

*If after 10 days you still have not been given any tracking-ID or tracking doesn't work, let us know at banzaithreads@gmail.com and we will figure it out for you.

 I am missing an item(s) from my order ! What is happening? 

If you have made an order of more than one item, it could have been sent separately. Because we have warehouses globally, not all the products are in stock in every warehouse.
No worries, the products will just come in a few days later.

If you are missing an item, please contact us at banzaithreads@gmail.com with the order number, the missing item's product title, and photos of the package that shows the shipping label.

*Be advised that we require the photo of the shipping label. If you can't supply that, we can't process the request.

My tracking ID says the order has been delivered, but nothing has come in the post, what happened?

The first things you can do is ask your neighbours if the package has been delivered there. 
If not, you could call your local post office.

A lot of customers in this situation have found their package with the neighbours or at their local post office. Once the package has arrived in your country, the responsibility of delivery falls on your local delivery services. You can contact them directly.

If by any chance you may have entered faulty or incomplete address information, we can NOT be held responsible for packages delivered on the wrong address.

My tracking ID says the delivery has failed, what happened?

Your order has been sent out, but hasn't been delivered to your address.

This could occur due to the following reasons:

    • Item refused by customer
    • Faulty or incomplete address information
    • Some countries require the client to claim there packages at the local post office. If the client hasn't claimed it, eventually the product will be shipped back to our warehouse
    • If none of your neighbours accepted the package, the delivery will be sent back to the post office
    • Local law custom policies

If you haven't received your package, please know that some post offices have deadlines. If the package isn't picked up within that time frame, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

If this situation is to happen, we can only resend the package with added shipping charges.

    Customs is holding my package until I pay custom-fees

    Some countries customs will apply fees to any package that arrives from overseas / out of the country. To avoid customs duties, the majority of products are produced locally. Any fees applied by your local customs office is out of our control, so we can't assure that any fees will be added to the package.
